MEMORY CONNECTIONS: CELEBRATE FAMILIES

Memory Connections is an informal social
gathering for those living with Mild Cognitive
Impairment (MCI) and early-stage dementia,
and their care partners.
May 15th is International Day of Families.
Join us for an afternoon of celebration and
conversation. We will decorate a wooden
picture frame. Please bring a 4x6 photo of
family (traditional, found, or furry).
